Fright or flight!
Taken on a 90-300 lens 1/160th sec F7.1 iso 1000 30D

After taking the water fall. I was not impressed by the action of the water. So still seeking something more interesting. Although un able to get a repetitive image . I managed to capture and create the following. I find that this kind of photography in more impressive and tell more to what is going on. More enfaces on time frozen. Not just a picture.
The birds were photographer in my friend garden.  I was hidden in camouflage to get as close as I could.

Speed or movement can be captured with slower or faster shutters to show the action or bring life to the picture.
